Put More Trucks on the Road Without Buying Every Unit Upfront.
For serious owner-operators and small-to-medium fleet owners who want to grow fast, look professional, and keep more control. Rent or lease PAVAS equipment, then choose whether you want our dispatch, fuel, and maintenance support behind it.

These terms are written for the webpage. Final legal language should be reviewed before publication.
Approval Required
Every rental, lease, service package, and outside-network request is subject to PAVAS approval, equipment availability, insurance review, and signed documentation.
Authorized Use Only
Equipment may only be operated by approved drivers and used in approved operations. Subleasing, unauthorized use, or unapproved carrier use is not allowed.
Outside-Network Rules
Operating outside the PAVAS carrier network requires written approval and may carry different pricing, deposits, insurance, telematics, maintenance, and return conditions.
Services Are Optional
Dispatch, fuel, and maintenance services are optional and subject to service availability, operating fit, and separate service terms.
Maintenance Standards
Operators must follow equipment-care requirements, PM schedules, damage reporting rules, and return-condition expectations listed in the final agreement.
No Guaranteed Revenue
PAVAS equipment access and support services do not guarantee revenue, miles, rates, profit, or load availability unless specifically stated in a signed agreement.
Already running one truck? Add one more without building a full office overnight.
This is the bridge for an owner-operator or small contractor who is ready to become a fleet owner. Add one extra truck, place a qualified driver, and choose how much support you want from PAVAS.
- Start with one additional truck instead of jumping into a large commitment.
- Use PAVAS equipment only, or add dispatch, fuel, and maintenance support.
- Good fit for contractors who have one strong driver ready but do not want to buy another truck upfront.
- Move from one-truck operator to small-fleet owner with a clearer structure.
